First shot from the (many) I got from the Town Hall competition! 
This also happened to be one of my favourites from the day.
This shot was from a New Vogue category (level 3 or 4 youth, from memory). Though it's a black and white photo, the girl's dress was the most incredible set of colours on elegant black. Probably my favourite costume from the whole day, actually.
